Meet Samuel Baloyi
Samuel Baloyi is the Managing Director of a fast growing company named PAREXCELLENCE. Samuel hosts his own Tv program on 2 channels on DSTV(Tshwane TV and Gau Tv) weekly called DREAMERS NEVER DIE TALKS WITH COACH SB. Samuel owns Legends Leadership Network which is a platform that hosts prominent figures within South Africa who speak at the LLN annual Leadership conference.
He is a former banking professional turned professional speaker and coach. He has authored and published 14 books of which some can be found on Amazon. Samuel is an education reformist focusing on aligning behaviour of educators and learners to fit the demands of their space. He has depth in teaching about the relationship between the teacher and the learner that will yield excellence from the classroom to the world.
He is celebrated for helping Gauteng and Limpopo province to improve their performance from 2014-2021(Gauteng) and 2022-2025(Limpopo). Having coached over 10 000 educators, Samuel has grown to be a key contributor to many academic, social and business subjects. He is trusted by many reputable institutions. He is a former dean of Training The Trainer Leadership Academy and Trinity School of ministry. Through his Parexcellence mentorship programme he has developed several professional coaches and speakers and published books for over 200 authors via Parexcellence Publishing house, a wing in his company Parexcellence.
Driven by passion for education, he has partly studied Psychology, Business Administration, and Theology. His travelling exposure extends to USA, ZAMBIA, KENYA, LESOTHO, DUBAI AND GERMANY.
Samuel, annualy hosts seminars for Schools Principals, Circuit Managers and District Directors in education. He has spoken at hundreds of conferences in corporate setups. Amongst other awards he has scooped, he is an award winning author. Samuel Baloyi is a strong believer in partnerships. He empowers young people to work with him in the many projects he establishes and pursue.
